About the RegMIC 2026 meeting
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the upcoming 12th Annual Regenerative Manufacturing Innovation Consortium (RegMIC) Meeting: A Roadmap for Tissue Organoids and Body-on-a-Chip Manufacturing Standards. The event will take place on Tuesday–Wednesday, December 1–2, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This important gathering, sponsored by the Microphysiological and Organoid Systems Standards Development Organization (MOSSDO), will convene leaders from industry, academia, and government to advance the development and standardization of human-relevant models in biomedical research and regulatory science. Your expertise would be a valuable addition to the discussions and resulting publications.
The 2025 meeting (RegMIC 2025 Agenda) led to the development of four manufacturing standards roadmaps, currently in preparation for publication, and contributed to the launch of PhysioVerse (https://www.physioverse.org/), an open ecosystem designed to connect datasets, tools, workflows, and standards exchange for organoids, body-on-chip systems, and related microphysiological platforms.
RegMIC 2026 will focus on advancing the collaborative plans and working group initiatives developed across the microphysiological systems ecosystem, including:
- Organoid Manufacturing
- Body-on-a-Chip Systems
- Quality Control and Analytical Standards
- Storage, Shipping and Stability
- Regulatory Readiness and Translation
Please mark your calendars. Additional details, agenda updates, and registration information will be shared soon.
