PhysioVerse Data Finder

PhysioVerse Data Finder

Search and filter classified organoid, spheroid, organ-on-chip, tissue-on-chip, and microphysiological-system studies by metadata and main-variable levels.

Searchable classified metadata

Find studies by selecting main-variable levels

Filter the PhysioVerse classified data table by model system, species, tissue, cell type, application, and ECM. The study list updates with title, year, DOI, authors, corresponding author email, and study type.

Data for this tool were compiled from publications identified through structured searches of the PubMed database using selected keywords related to organoids and organ-on-chip technologies. Records were processed and classified using bibliographic management and data analysis tools. While efforts have been made to ensure accuracy, the database may contain omissions, duplicate records, classification errors, or incomplete metadata. Users are encouraged to consult the original publications and PubMed records for verification. Users can report any flaw through the contact information, and we truly appreciate this feedback.

Filter selections are based on study content and indexed metadata. Some publications may mention several variables that are not necessarily part of the experimental design, and a record may include more than one relevant species, tissue, material, cell type, or reagent context. For example, a study may use human tissue while also describing a rat antibody, which may cause both terms to appear in the classified content. PhysioVerse Data Finder is still growing and will be refined over time. This is one reason for launching PhysioVerse as an open ecosystem, so the community can help improve the data, correct errors, and make the resource stronger for everyone.
